Author registration closes on 20th April 2026 (Camera-ready Deadline).
Audience registration closes on 1st July 2026.
Early Registration Fees will be available until 15th April 2026.
Regular Registration Fees will be available from 16th April 2026.

*Audience Registration and Student registration do not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
*Please note: The registration fee does not include any transaction or bank charges. Kindly ensure that the full registration amount is transferred.

All fees will be collected in USD.

50% discount code for the same author of the accepted paper is available, or the author can pay directly for the Author registration package for 2 papers (2PPR).

A 50% discount on the second paper is available to participants who register two accepted papers, provided that both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].

Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
To be included in the EAI SecureComm 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete one full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline.
Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.

Hybrid Conference Format

EAI SecureComm 2026 conference will be held in a hybrid format. Please ensure that you select your attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration. This information is essential for us to effectively arrange catering services for all onsite participants.

Online registered accepted authors are required to pre–record the video presentation of their paper according to the instructions. Video submission is only available after registration and camera-ready submission (The Video and Zoom instructions pages will be added soon).

Important Notes Before Registering

At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
One 1PPR: Author registration covers 1 paper. One 2PPR: Author reigstration covers 2 papers. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
