On-site presentation guide

Guidelines for On-Site Presenters

On-site presenters of registered papers should bring their presentation slides on a USB drive. If needed, a USB drive can also be provided at the conference. Alternatively, slides can be sent directly to the Session Chair by email before the actual session starts.

Presenters are welcome to use their own laptops for their presentations. Please ensure you bring any necessary adapters to connect your device to the conference equipment.

We will display your slides on the conference screen and provide a presentation remote for controlling your slides.

Recommended file formats:
.pptx or .pdf.

Presentation Instructions:

  • 15 min presentation & 5 min for Q&A sessions

The recommended presentation structure should be:

  • Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • Each slide of the presentation should contain the EAI and conference logos.
