IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Early Registration Fees are non-refundable.
- Early Registration Fees are available until 10 April 2025.
- Regular Registration Fees will be available from 11 April 2025.
- Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.

The EAI SecureComm 2025 Conference will be held in a hybrid format. Please ensure that you select your attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration. This information is essential for us to effectively arrange catering services for all onsite participants
